Based at Colson Rd, New Plymouth, Taranaki, New Zealand, Return 2 Earth
produces a carefully made, high quality composted soil conditioner.
Blends of shredded green waste, woodchip, chicken manure, stable manure, goat shed manure and a humate are mixed together and aerobically processed by way of a windrow system.
Regular temperature, moisture and odour monitoring ensures that the windrows of composting materials are maintained at temperatures between 55° and 70° and at the correct moisture levels to create the best environment for bacteria and fungi to efficiently break down the diverse input materials. Undesirable pathogens and weed seeds have extreme difficulty to survive this process. Finished product can take a minimum of four to five months to produce and such a time frame is necessary to ensure the quality of product that Return 2 Earth prides itself with providing to its valued customers.
